Austin, TX – Bloom HQ. Details: must be able to work onsite mon-thurs, 15-29 hours a week, this is a paid opportunity.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized intern to join our Tik Tok Shop team! This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer/Fall with potential to continue ongoing. Perfect for someone who lives on Tik Tok Shop, enjoys online communities, and wants hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce and livestream selling.

• Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark
• Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers
• Monitor community chats and help answer creator questions in a timely manner
• Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication
• Help identify and source new untapped Tik Tok Shop creators for affiliate outreach
• Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong Tik Tok Shop potential
• Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations
• Help track creator participation and campaign performance
• Monitor Tik Tok trends, viral products, and emerging creators
• Support product launches and special campaign initiatives

• Passion for Tik Tok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Discord, Lark, Tik Tok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams

• If You Have experience moderating or managing online communities
• Have experience creating Tik Tok content
• Understand Tik Tok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce
• Are highly active on social media platforms yourself
• Spanish-speaking is a major plus
