Marketing Director Requirements and Qualifications:

• Review current campaigns and develop any needed solutions within the budget
• Analyze website effectiveness and promotions to drive sales
• Collaborate and brainstorm with senior management
• Identifying potential market and strategies
• Hire, train and lead a team of Marketing and Social Media associates
• One to three years minimum experience in hospitality Marketing
• Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, strong interpersonal communication and people skills
• Proven experience as a marketing and social media manager
• Excellent knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or Public Relations is a strong advantage
• Working knowledge of MS Office, marketing software, Dropbox, CRM tools, and Online analytics
