Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

A leading consumer products company is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join their team. This ongoing contract role (EST hours) focuses on managing customer journeys across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, and direct mail, to boost retention and loyalty. The position requires experience in lifecycle marketing within e-commerce and subscription businesses.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across various communication channels.
• Design and optimize automated customer engagement flows, such as welcome, post-purchase, and loyalty programs.
• Segment audiences based on behaviors and data to personalize messaging effectively.
• Partner with analytics teams to monitor key performance indicators like retention rates, LTV, and churn.
• Lead testing initiatives, including A/B and multivariate tests, to enhance campaign performance.

• At least 8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription settings.
• Proven success in scaling automated marketing campaigns that achieve revenue and retention goals.
• Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Sheets and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of subscription platforms and concepts such as cohort analysis and predictive modeling.
