A Day in the Life of the Events Marketing Specialist:
The Events Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting local sales and marketing initiatives by planning, coordinating, and executing community events, sponsor ships, and promotional activities that increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This position serves as a liaison between field marketing, corporate marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies, pricing, packaging, customer insights, and event execution.
Responsibilities include managing branded merchandise, coordinating event logistics, tracking post-event performance metrics, and providing recommendations for future participation opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional event experiences that support business growth and community presence.
- Coordinate & attend Community events and sponsor ships.
- Liaison between Field Market Coordinator, Corporate Marketing Team and Field Teams on pricing, packaging, sales, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate and maintain branded merchandise giveaways.
- Maintain post event results to determine impact and future participation in community events.
- Deliver consistently high standards in work performance related to:
Executing consistent level of events (focused on our reaching serviceable homes and gross impressions) that fit the service area dynamics. - Other duties as assigned.
- 1 year of previous marketing/event experience; supporting a sales team preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish strong interdepartmental and external working relationships with key contributors resulting in successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Strong computer skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (docs, sheets, forms, sites) required.
- Evening and weekend hours required.
- Local travel required up to 50%.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Paid Time Off/Vacation:
Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization - Floating Holiday: 40 hours per year

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000(annually). The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
