Position OverviewYellow Rose is seeking a highly creative, culturally attuned Content Creator to bring the brand to life through distinctive, social-first storytelling.
Sitting at the intersection of brand, culture, and content, this role will translate the Yellow Rose point of view into compelling stories that build connections and deepen the consumer’s understanding of the brand. From retail and hospitality experiences to product, music, cultural moments, and signature brand events, this person will capture the energy, character, and world of Yellow Rose with an editorial eye and a strong instinct for people, place, and culture.
This is a highly creative, hands-on role for someone who can uncover a compelling story and bring it to life from concept through execution, moving seamlessly between spontaneous, social-native storytelling and more elevated brand content. Based in Texas, this person will stay closely connected to the Yellow Rose team and regularly be on the ground capturing key brand, retail, hospitality, and cultural moments across the state and beyond.
ResponsibilitiesBrand & Cultural Storytelling
Concept, capture, and edit distinctive short-form content for social and digital channels that bring the Yellow Rose brand world to life.
Identify compelling stories across product, people, retail, hospitality, music, culture, and the broader Yellow Rose community.
Develop recurring content series and formats that build a recognizable Yellow Rose voice and create an ongoing connection with consumers.
Stay closely connected to relevant conversations across fashion, music, Western culture, hospitality, retail, and social media, identifying opportunities for the brand to participate with relevance and intention.
Balance an elevated brand aesthetic with content that feels timely, human, and native to social.
Brand Experiences & Key MomentsBe on the ground capturing the energy and character of Yellow Rose retail, hospitality, product launches, partnerships, events, and key cultural moments (from rodeo season and live music to signature brand experiences).
Approach each experience through a storytelling lens, identifying the people, details, and moments that communicate the broader Yellow Rose lifestyle.
Showcase product naturally within the brand world through styling, craftsmanship, customization, and experience.
Build rapport with team members, talent, partners, and other approved participants to bring greater personality and dimension to storytelling.
Ensure on-camera content follows established brand guidelines, permissions, and applicable release requirements.
Regularly travel across Texas and to select markets as needed to capture priority brand and cultural moments, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Own content creation from concept through execution, including story development, capture, editing, audio selection, and delivery of final assets.
Shoot confidently across iPhone and camera-based formats, choosing the right approach for the story and channel.
Partner closely with Social, Creative, Brand, PR, Retail, and Merchandising to translate brand and business priorities into compelling content.
