Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Creator Marketing

The Favor marketing team is responsible for driving both Consumer and Runner growth across the Lone Star State.

As the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social & Creator Marketing you will lead Favor’s influencer, affiliate, and paid social strategies to drive full-funnel acquisition. You will test and scale social channels including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, and Reddit, as well as affiliate programs with custom revshare models and seasonal promotions.

This role bridges the gap between creator partnerships and paid media execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-driven marketer who knows how to operationalize influencer content into a high-volume performance channel, working closely with creative, analytics, and integrated marketing to maximize growth.

• Paid Social & Amplification:
  Drive channel planning across paid social platforms given Favor target audiences and growth goals. Define and chart the vision for Favor’s paid social strategy including channel mix and creative strategy.
• Influencer & Affiliate Strategy:
  Build and scale an always-on micro-influencer and affiliate program. Fully leverage  to streamline creator selection, briefing, automated payouts, and optimize the program to drive orders.
• Partner Management & Sourcing:
  Act as the primary point of contact for influencer and affiliate partners. Lead end-to-end outreach, contract negotiations, and relationship management, briefing creators on Favor’s campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Offer Strategy & Promotions:
  Oversee creator promotional and discount strategies, ensuring partners promote compelling deals across the Favor app to drive new user growth and retention.
• Measurement & Data Synthesis:
  Leverage Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) for cross-channel tracking. Measure campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and synthesize data into actionable strategies for senior executives.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience managing social media channels with experience in building out influencer marketing strategy.
• Strategic thinker, able to map channel investment and strategy to business goals.
• Experience with measurement tools (MMP and Media Mixed Modeling).
• Quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics and relevant KPIs.
• Leverage AI to increase productivity, including elevating creative briefs or data analysis
• Individual contribution with opportunity to grow the team in the future

• You are a social expert who understand how to build relationships with influencers and affiliates and turn creator content into a growth engine
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
• You are able to synthesize data into learnings and trends for senior executives, you balance tactical demands and long-term strategic thinking
• You have worked for DTC brand(s) with aggressive acquisition goals.
