Manager, Creative Design

The Manager, Creative Design, will lead the creative design function supporting Revenue Marketing, Sales Performance, and Strategic Growth. Translate commercial priorities into polished, brand-consistent visual assets that enable central and local teams to market, communicate, and sell more effectively.

This role pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $105,000 and is bonus eligible.

Creative Strategy & Design Leadership

• Manage creative development across sales decks, one-sheeters, campaign assets, landing page visuals, email graphics, digital advertising materials, and client-facing collateral
• Maintain visual and brand consistency across OVG Premium and venue-specific materials
• Partner with VP, Sales & Strategic Growth to develop strategic growth materials aligned with organizational priorities

Design Systems & Scalability

• Partner with Revenue Marketing Managers to create scalable design templates and systems that reduce redundant requests and empower local teams toward self-service capability
• Audit recurring design requests and identify template and system opportunities to improve efficiency
• Build and maintain approved design systems, creative guidelines, and reusable collateral that support long-term growth

Project & Process Management

• Manage design intake, prioritization, version control, and production timelines following Revenue Marketing Team-defined processes and project management platforms
• Establish and maintain standard intake processes for creative work requests, using defined tools to request feedback and approvals
• Balance day-to-day client support with investment in scalable design systems for future growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Revenue Marketing Managers to ensure creative materials reinforce sales techniques and venue strategy
• Support local Marketing, Sales, and Service teams in developing venue-specific materials while maintaining brand standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years managing design strategy or creative systems
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Demonstrated experience developing scalable design systems and component libraries
• Strong understanding of brand management and visual consistency principles
• Proven ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency
• Excellent project management skills; comfort with design intake processes and version control
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
• Portfolio demonstrating range of design work (presentations, digital assets, brand materials)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing B2B or sales enablement collateral
• Familiarity with design project management platforms (Asana, Monday, , etc.)
• Experience with design systems and design tokens
• Experience training or mentoring designers or creative teams
