SAFE Alliance seeks a Community Shelter Advocacy Program Manager for the Residential & Support Services program in the Family & Community Shelter department. The CS Advocacy Program Manager demonstrates adaptability and resilience in supporting shelter staff with client-focused services, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and individualized client support as needed. They will monitor program performance to ensure goals, outcomes, compliance standards, and program requirements are consistently met.

The SAFE Alliance exists to stop abuse for everyone by serving survivors of child abuse, sexual assault and exploitation, and domestic violence. We are dedicated to ending violence through prevention, advocacy, and comprehensive services for individuals, families, and communities that have been affected by abuse.
In the past two years, our community outreach and education has provided over 12,000 adults and youth violence prevention training. The number of forensic exams provided at Eloise House numbered over 300. Our various housing and shelter programs provided over 700 survivors per day with safe housing and shelter. Over 120 survivors fleeing sex trafficking received services through our CARES program and over 27,000 callers/chats/texts, walk-in advocacy, crisis intervention, and face-to-face emotional support has been provided through our 24/7 confidential SAFEline.

We are looking for one person to work on a full‑time, exempt basis for an annual salary of $55,010 to $57,000, dependent upon experience and an additional annual language differential of $3,600 for those who are English/Spanish. The work location will be based at our new Community Shelter Campus in the Pecan Springs‑Springdale area. This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses with no ability for remote/hybrid work.
This position currently requires you to participate in an On‑Call schedule/rotation as it provides on‑call support to program staff, which may include remote or in‑person support duties.

Benefit plans and benefit start dates are prorated based on date of hire and hours worked. Eligibility in employer‑paid benefits, paid time off and holidays are dependent upon full‑time employment status and/or hours worked and may be subject to change.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; equivalent years of professional‑level relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Two years of experience in program management, preferably in the non‑profit or social services sector.
- Three years of experience supervising and developing a team.
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is preferred; fluency being the ability to clearly and accurately communicate to convey information using the Spanish language, both verbally and in writing.
