Philanthropy Program Manager
The Philanthropy Program Manager is the Liaison to the Women's Auxiliary. This position plays a crucial role in strategizing and implementing initiatives that drive social impact through effective fundraising and relationship management. Supervises, organizes, coordinates, directs, and supervises the day-to-day operations of the Women's Auxiliary for Area Command Angel Tree programs; ensures the accomplishment of the various office tasks in the most efficient and effective manner possible;
cross-trains and supports all office assignments concentrating on targeted deadlines and quality standards; supervises, organizes, and coordinates Women's Auxiliary volunteer events/projects for a large Auxiliary; advises and directs Auxiliary volunteers in setting up events/projects using volunteers/employees as necessary; serves as liaison to the Women's Auxiliary supplying research, reports, and materials needed.

Physical Requirements and
Working Conditions:
- Ability to meet attendance requirements.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.
- Ability to speak before small and large groups of people.
- Ability to travel to various locations in order to participate in public meetings, conferences, etc.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and time constraints.
- Ability to operate various general office equipment including a telephone, Dictaphone, typewriter, computer, and adding machine.
- Ability and willingness to conduct all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.
- Duties are usually performed seated. Sitting may be relieved by brief or occasional periods of standing or walking.
- Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
- Work is usually performed in a normal office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like, but not limited to the office environment.

What We Are Looking For In You:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a related field required with a Bachelor's degree preferred in project management, event planning, or related field,
AND
- Four years progressively responsible experience demonstrating a record of accomplishment in supervising volunteers as well as organizing, coordinating and managing of events/projects, preferable in a non-profit setting,
OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certifications:
- Valid State Driver's License
