Fair Shot Texas PAC is seeking Regional Organizing Directors to lead field programs across Texas in 2026. Field Representatives will knock on doors, engage voters in conversations about pro-worker candidates, and help build a strong labor movement presence in their community.
Positions are part-time and temporary (Sept 1, 2026 – Nov 3, 2026) with shifts Tue–Thu 2:00 PM–8:00 PM and Sat–Sun 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. Prior campaign experience is not required; training is provided and you will report to the
