About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced nonprofit and philanthropy professionals who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for nonprofit program and philanthropy professionals with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
Compensation$70/hour
CommitmentFlexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
LocationFully remote, work on your own schedule

Qualifications- 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work
- Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
