PIR Case Aide

World Relief seeks a PIR Case Aide to support the PIR team with administrative tasks, apartment setups, transportation, and other direct client service needs. This role will help ensure new arrivals receive timely, practical support as they begin settling into their new communities.

This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, based fully in the office, three days per week, with some local travel as needed to support direct client services.

• Assist with apartment setups for newly arriving clients, including preparing apartments and setting up basic household items.
• Provide transportation and support for clients attending appointments, completing errands, and accessing community resources.
• Assist with client move-ins and help ensure apartments are ready for arrival.
• Pick up and deliver furniture, household items, donations, and other supplies as needed.
• Support staff with client appointments and other direct service needs in the community.
• Assist clients with navigating local resources and completing basic tasks as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks related to client services, including organizing documents, preparing supplies, and updating records.
• Communicate regularly with PIR staff regarding client needs, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Provide general support to the PIR team with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to changing client and program needs.

• Able to affirm World Relief's Core Beliefs and Statement of Faith, and acknowledge World Relief's Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or an equivalent combination of 1-2 years of relevant office or social service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use electronic case management systems.
• Valid driver's license, access to reliable vehicle and ability to pass MVR standards

• Previous experience working with refugees, immigrants, or other diverse populations.
• Experience providing direct client services or working in a social service setting.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
• Familiarity with local community resources and service providers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of a team.
