Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

Unit Details: 3S Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemetry Nurse to join our team. As a Telemetry Nurse, you will monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms using advanced telemetry equipment. You will play a crucial role in the early detection of cardiac events and ensure timely intervention to enhance patient care.

• Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and respond to any changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or critical care.
• Proficiency in using telemetry equipment and electronic health records.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
