CRNA 11am to 11pm Shifts - St. Davids Medical Center - 0.9 FTE

Join to apply for the CRNA role at North American Partners in Anesthesia. This position is based in Austin, TX, covering three 11am–11pm shifts per week ’s Medical Center and related facilities within the St. David’s Health Care system.

• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient’s physiological condition
• Perform clinical interventions as needed

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

• CRNA opportunity working three 11am–11pm shifts in Austin, TX
• Case mix includes general inpatient/outpatient, trauma, OB, neuro, EP, and more
• CRNAs perform spinals; epidurals and arterial lines on a case-by-case basis
• Shifts:
  
  11am–11pm, consecutive weekdays (e.g., Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday-Friday)
• Quarterly weekend call

• Care team model with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs
• Team members are encouraged to have a voice while delivering care excellence

• Salary:
  Based on experience; $200K–$260K (prorated to 0.9 FTE)
• Sign-on incentives (bonus with/without retention, training assistance, or loan repayment): $100K (prorated to 0.9 FTE)
