Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced EP Lab Manager to lead a high-volume, dedicated Electrophysiology program in Austin, Texas. This leadership role oversees daily operations of multiple EP labs, including pre- and post-procedural areas, and is responsible for clinical quality, staff development, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Leadership- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Electrophysiology labs and related service areas.
- Direct activities of nursing and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient flow and procedural scheduling to optimize throughput and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation and charge capture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and establish individual development goals.
- Provide education updates through staff meetings and in-service training.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Supervise leadership team members and support professional growth.
- Participate in annual budget development and ongoing fiscal management.
- Monitor inventory, equipment utilization, and supply management.
- Support strategic growth and service line expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Acute care experience required.
- Prior leadership experience in electrophysiology or cardiovascular services.
- Experience leading a dedicated EP program.
- Strong background in cardiac arrhythmia management and EP procedures.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume cardiovascular services.
