Description:
This is a contract position for an RN in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
The shift is from 06:30 to 17:00.
The position requires on-call duty one night per week and one weekend every six weeks.
Weekends are on a rotating on-call schedule.
The unit has a patient ratio of 1:1.
Typical procedures performed include CABG, aortic/mitral valve repair/replacement, AAA endovascular and open procedures, AV fistula creation/revision/thrombectomy, HDC, CAPD, BBT, TAVR, TMVR, and Mitra Clip placements.
Candidates must possess mature, teamwork-oriented attitudes and be flexible with their schedules.
A good attendance record and punctuality are essential.
Scrubs are provided for staff.
The department recognizes staff contributions through awards and may feature team achievements and events.
