AAG provides anesthesia services for much of the St. David’s Health Care system in the Austin area. St. David’s Medical Center is home to the world‑renowned Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute and St. David’s Neuroscience & Spine Institute and offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. In addition to St. David’s Medical Center, our practice covers anesthesia services ’s North Austin Medical Center;
South Austin Hospital;
Round Rock Medical Center; and accompanying outpatient surgery centers.

Schedule:

Day shift, 7 on – 7 off.

We cover the full range of specialties, including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP, and more. CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals, and arterial line placements on a case‑by‑case basis.

Monday–Friday: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, followed by 7 days off. No additional call.

Kate Reddy, Managing Director/Chief CRNA. Our diverse team includes anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who work within a collaborative care model, providing exposure to a variety of complex cases.

• Pre‑anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
• Certified or re‑certified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 annually (prorated to 0.8 FTE)

Sign‑on incentive: $100,000 (prorated)
