We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, providing comprehensive care across primary care, geriatrics, and pain management.
Experience working with diverse patient populations in various settings is preferred. New graduates are welcome. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 annually, with benefits including health and dental insurance and paid time off. This position involves in-person work and offers an opportunity to advance clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments in outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, including pain and geriatric issues.
- Utilize Athena EMR/EHR for documentation and coding (ICD-9/10, CPT).
- Coordinate discharge planning, case management, and health coaching.
- Participate in telehealth consultations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with medical imaging, lab specimen collection, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
