Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT

New Hope Manor, a respected long-term care facility in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LVN Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment

• Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records

• Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state)

• Passing a criminal background check

• Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members

• Basic computer skills

• Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN)
