This organization serves multiple counties across Central Texas and is recognized among the top 20% of health centers in the United States. • Competitive base salary with production incentives
• Earning potential above the 75th percentile annually
• Outpatient-only family medicine practice
• Minimal call: phone-only coverage just once per year
• Strong clinical support with a 3:1 MA to APP ratio
• See approximately 18+ patients per day
• Generous PTO (30+ days annually)
• Additional annual stipends

This established health center operates 27 clinics and employs over 700 team members across Central Texas. Services include family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, dental, vision, and more—providing a fully integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage patient care both in-person and through virtual visits
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

• Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Eligible for Texas licensure
• Comfortable providing both in-person and virtual care
