Plum Creek Surgery Center is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a full-time PACU / Pre-Op / OR role. This position plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing interventional pain management procedures in our ambulatory surgery setting.

• Deliver professional nursing care to pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia, and operating room patients
• Support the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the operating room and fluoroscopy suite
• Assess and monitor post-operative patient conditions, including vital signs and recovery progress
• Identify and report patient condition changes to physicians promptly
• Respond appropriately during post-operative emergencies and perform necessary interventions
• Maintain adherence to organizational policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements
• Apply and uphold principles of aseptic technique
• Ensure exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the patient experience
• Assist with inventory management, supply utilization, and operational efficiency
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and collaborative team efforts
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred

• Clinical experience in pain management, ambulatory surgery, surgical center, primary care, or perioperative nursing preferred
• Experience with patient care coordination, nursing triage, workflow development, and quality improvement initiatives preferred
• Knowledge of:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
• Current CPR certification required
• American Heart Association BLS certification preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and nursing competency

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR)
