Harbor Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Infusion Center team. This role is crucial in delivering member-centered infusion care while upholding clinical excellence and safety standards in our innovative healthcare model.

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and deliver safe infusion treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Communicate thoroughly and effectively with patients, family, caregivers to ensure comfort and safety with their care.
• Manage infusion reactions and provide thorough patient education about treatments and disease states.
• Coordinate care between patients, prescribers, and internal teams while maintaining detailed electronic documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinicians, Specialists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Pharmacists as needed to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
• Demonstrate expertise in peripheral line placement and port access.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technology and information management.

• Current RN license required.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• CRNI preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 2-3 years in infusion therapy.
• Critical care experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong technical competency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.
• Excellence in patient communication and education.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Physical ability to perform required duties including lifting and repetitive motions.
