Neonatal Nurse Practitioner; Per Diem

Overview

Per Diem Opportunity to join dynamic neonatology practice in Austin, TX.

• Provide neonatal care to infants in Level I, II, III, and IV NICUs.
• Attend to patients in St. David’s Healthcare System and other hospitals in the Austin area.
• Perform medical services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and total body cooling.
• Assist with robust NICU surgical services and developmental follow up clinic.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other nurse practitioners.

• Flexible scheduling with 12- and 24-hour shifts.
• Level III and Level IV units staffed by in-house neonatologists.
• Strong MFM and pediatric sub-specialty support.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum master’s degree.
• Active Texas license or compact state license.
