Position Overview

Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of North Austin is immediately hiring a LVN/RN Charge Nurse for our skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on being the highlight of our residents’ day and providing compassionate, dignified care.

• Night shift: 7PM – 7AM, 3×12 schedule.
• Full‑time position.
• Pay from $27.00 per hour.
• Sign‑on bonus available.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• Comfortable working with COVID‑positive patients.
• Valid Texas nursing license.

• Serve as the highlight of residents’ days.
• Take pride in providing compassionate, dignified care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during night shift.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Lead charge nurse duties and support staff during the shift.
