Job Overview
West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 125-bed skilled nursing facility located on private land. We are seeking PRN Certified Nursing Assistants. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour and includes shift differentials. Day shift: 6am‑2pm (includes weekend differential);
Evening shift: 2pm‑10pm;
Night shift: 10pm‑6am. Applicants must hold an active CNA license on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
