Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

West Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center invites you to join our team as a PRN LVN or RN. You will monitor patients’ conditions, assess needs, and provide caring nursing care while collaborating with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans.

Day

Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (includes shift differential)

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide optimal care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications according to physician orders.

• Active LVN or RN license.
• Prior experience preferred; new graduates are welcomed.
• Availability to work PRN day or night shifts.

Base pay: $30–$40 per hour, plus shift differential. Pay rates do not include eligible shift differentials.
