Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care to patients in a telemetry unit. This role involves monitoring patient vital signs, managing medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry Nursing.
