As the Surgical Oncology Manager

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for a 15‑bed oncology unit, serving 30+ patients daily.
• Lead a team delivering advanced treatments, including chemotherapy and robotic‑assisted surgeries.
• Implement evidence‑based practices to enhance patient safety, streamline workflows, and improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including equipment maintenance and accreditation requirements.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination to maintain efficient throughput.
• Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction and differentiate the organization as a leader in oncology care.
