Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $1700 to $1900
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically fragile newborns
- Perform ongoing assessments and monitor neonatal patients for changes in condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments as prescribed
- Operate and monitor neonatal equipment including ventilators, incubators, CPAP, and cardiac monitors
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Assist with neonatal procedures and emergency interventions as needed
- Educate and support parents and families throughout the infant’s care journey
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and NICU care standards
- Active RN License in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Strong neonatal assessment and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and family-centered care abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
