We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - NICU to deliver exceptional care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Austin, TX. • Weekly Pay: $1700 to $1900

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically fragile newborns
• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor neonatal patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments as prescribed
• Operate and monitor neonatal equipment including ventilators, incubators, CPAP, and cardiac monitors
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assist with neonatal procedures and emergency interventions as needed
• Educate and support parents and families throughout the infant’s care journey
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and NICU care standards

• Active RN License in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required
• ACLS Certification preferred
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical care skills
• Excellent communication and family-centered care abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
