Registered Nurse – NICU (Level 3/Level
4)

Austin, Texas

Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | No On-Call Required

• Provide direct nursing care to Level 3/Level 4 NICU patients with a ratio of 3–4 patients per RN
• Operate and monitor specialized NICU equipment including medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
• Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primarily RNs and unit clerks on night shift
• Adhere to all unit guidelines, policies, and dress code requirements including navy scrubs and no artificial nails or nail polish

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current BLS certification

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will be considered
• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality well-suited to a collaborative NICU environment

• Join a large, well-staffed NICU unit with 97 beds and a team of approximately 200 staff members, offering a supportive and experienced work environment
• Work with modern NICU technology and equipment in a high-acuity unit with consistent scheduling and no on-call requirements
