At Deep Centered Mental Health, we are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice and are seeking an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who wants to practice thoughtful, integrative psychiatry in a highly supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: $140K–$155K, with final offer determined by years of clinical experience and experience relevant to our care model.

Your Role
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, lifestyle modifications, and when appropriate, consultation or referral for interventional treatments such as TMS and esketamine.
  • Deliver best‑in‑class care with an unwavering commitment to ethical and evidence‑based practices.
  • Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.
  • Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Texas with an unencumbered DEA number.
  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post‑board certification clinical experience practicing as a PMHNP (this is not an entry‑level or new graduate role).
  • Demonstrated experience conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and evidence‑based practices.
  • Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.
