Role Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Level 3-4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Location:
Austin, Texas (Travel Nursing)

36 hours per week, 12‑hour overnight shifts (19:00–07:00) - Employment Type:

- Assess and monitor NICU patients’ conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide emotional support and education to families
- Perform routine treatments and procedures specific to newborn care
- Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
- Current RN license in Texas
- Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience
- BLS certification
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental benefits
- Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meal stipend, referral bonus
- 401k retirement plan – 4% match with 5% contribution after eligibility
Contingent compensation based on 12‑hour shifts at 36 hours per week (tax‑free stipend to be confirmed).
