2 years experience and Level 4 NICU exp General Comments Unit purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.

Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.
