Seasonal RN - Labor and Delivery

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, No on-call required. 4 weekend shifts scheduled.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team in a Level 4 designated maternal center that cares for the most complex patients at any gestation. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be part of a dynamic environment with a focus on excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care and support to high-risk maternal patients.
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean section deliveries, tubal ligations, cerclage placements, D&C, C-hyst, and PASD cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically CPN and Meditech, for efficient patient documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license with experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Experience with high-risk maternal patients is mandatory.
• Circulting operating room and triage experience preferred.
