Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with MGA Homecare in Austin, Texas. $2500 Sign-On Bonus for LVNs (details available from recruiter). Pay ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, with higher rates for trach and ventilator patients. Shifts are 8‑, 10‑, and 12‑hour, available weekdays, nights, and weekends.

• Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to an active plan of care as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies.

• Active nursing license in good standing (required).
• Minimum 6 months of recent nursing experience in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
