Registered Nurse​/Licensed Vocational Nurse

Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) positions at MGA Homecare require a current Texas Nursing License. We are not able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

• Provide specialized care by treating patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Competitive hourly rates: $34–$41 per hour for RNs; $24–$32 per hour for LVNs, based on experience, tenure, and hours worked.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $4,500 (details upon request).
• Referral bonus available.

• Current Texas Nursing License in good standing (required).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills.
• Time‑management, organization, and communication skills.
• Six (6) months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
• Home health experience (preferred).
