Position Requirements
A day shift with 7 on 7 off, located in Austin, TX.
DescriptionAAG provides anesthesia services for the St. David’s Health Care system in the Austin area, including St. David’s Medical Center, St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center.
Case AssignmentsFull range of specialties: general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP, and more. CRNAs perform spinals, epidurals, and arterial lines on a case‑by‑case basis.
ShiftsMonday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm
Saturday – Sunday, 7 am – 7 pm (followed by 7 days off)
No additional call
Leadership:
Kate Reddy, Managing Director/Chief CRNA. The team includes anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs working in a collaborative care model.
- Pre‑anesthesia assessment
- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patient’s physiological condition
- Perform clinical interventions as needed
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards- Salary: $200 K – $260 K based on experience
