Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health
Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities- Conduct nursing assessments and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient health status, vital signs, and treatment progress.
- Perform admission and triage assessments to determine the appropriateness of treatment services.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other members of the treatment team.
- Participate in treatment planning and support continuity of care.
- Monitor medication administration practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain patient and staff safety through adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety protocols.
- Respond appropriately to medical and behavioral health emergencies.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports recovery and wellness.

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the applicable state.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, addiction medicine, or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of medication administration and nursing best practices.
