Position: CRNA - St. David's Medical Center - Full Time

CRNA opportunity in Austin, TX.

Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG) offers a flexible schedule in various surgical settings, providing anesthesia services across the St. David’s Health Care system, including St. David’s North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center, as well as their outpatient surgery centers.

Salary: based on years of experience: $200K - $260K.

Sign on Incentive: $100K.

Responsibilities
  • Case assignments covering full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more.
    • CRNAs perform their own spinals, epidurals and arterial lines on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • Pre‑anesthesia assessment
  • Obtain and/or verify patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition
  • Perform clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
  • Schedule:

    Available shifts 8, 10, 12, 16, 24. Permanent evening and weekend shifts available. Night Float Shift (7 nights on/7 nights off);
    Day Shift (7 days on/7 days off);
    Weekend Only Shift options with premium pay for weekend call and overtime.
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
