CRNA Weekend Shift - St. David's Medical Center – FTE

Position Overview

CRNA opportunity for a weekend shift (two 12’s, Saturday and Sunday) in Austin, TX. No facility travel.

• Case assignments: covers full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Pre‑anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

• Schedule:
  
  Two 12‑hour shifts on the weekend
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

• Salary: $200,000 – $260,000 (prorated to 0.8 FTE)
• Sign‑on incentive: $100,000 (prorated to 0.8 FTE)
