CRNA Opportunity for Evening Shifts

The Austin Anesthesiology Group (AAG) provides anesthesia services across multiple hospitals in the Austin area, including St. David's Medical Center and affiliated outpatient surgery centers. This role supports complex cases in a collaborative care team environment.

Salary: $260K

Sign‑On Incentive: $100K

• Manage a full range of specialties: general inpatient and outpatient, trauma, OB, neuro, EP, and more.
• Perform spinals, epidurals, and arterial lines as required.
• Conduct pre‑anesthesia assessment and obtain patient consent.
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients.
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiological conditions.
• Perform clinical interventions as needed.

• Schedule:
  
  7 on 7 off. Monday‑Friday 3pm‑11pm;
  Saturday and Sunday 7am‑7pm, followed by 7 days off. No additional call.
• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
