Position Requirements Description
CRNA opportunity working three 11am-11pm AAG provides anesthesia services for much of the St. David’s Health Care system in the Austin area. St. David’s Medical Center is home to the world-renowned Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute and St. David’s Neuroscience & Spine Institute and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care. In addition to St. David’s Medical Center, our practice provides anesthesia services ’s North Austin Medical Center, South Austin Hospital, and Round Rock Medical Center and accompanying outpatient surgery centers.
Our diverse group is composed of anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and CAAs who provide anesthesia services in a care team model; team members are exposed to a wide variety of complex cases. Our care team model means that we focus on everyone having a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.
Salary: $200K - $260K (will be prorated to 0.9 FTE). Sign on Incentive: $100K (will be prorated to 0.9 FTE).

- Case assignments:
Our practice covers the full range of specialties including general inpatient and outpatient cases, trauma, OB, neuro, EP and more. CRNAs do their own spinals; as well as epidurals and arterial lines on a case‑by‑case basis. - Pre‑anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
- Schedule:
11am - 11pm, consecutive weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Quarterly weekend call. - Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
