Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse position in Austin, Texas. This role involves providing care in a high‑acuity, fast‑paced Level 4 NICU specializing in neonatal patients, including premature infants and those with complex medical conditions. The position requires a focus on neonatal care for patients ranging from newborns to one‑year‑olds, with occasional cases involving patients over one year old.

• Schedule:
  
  days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  
  2 years of NICU experience, valid nursing license, ability to work in a high‑acuity/neonatal setting, familiarity with Level 4 NICU protocols, and capable of managing patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3 depending on patient status
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  experience managing neonatal patients with congenital birth defects, cardiac conditions, or undergoing surgical procedures
• Additional Information: caring for neonatal and infant patients in a high‑acuity environment, including those with HIE/Therapeutic Hypothermia, VLBW/ELBW, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, heart disease/defects, surgical neonates, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, arrhythmias, congenital birth defects, and renal failure
