LPN / LVN – PRN All Shifts

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  One year experience in inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred:
  Rehabilitation experience.
