. We’re growing quickly and are seeking a high-performing Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our driven, hustle-minded team.
- Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery.
- Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon throughout procedures.
- Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting.
- Work alongside a team that values your autonomy, efficiency, and clinical judgment.
- Support the growth and development of a new, state-of-the-art facility.

Requirements- Active NBCRNA certification
- Texas RN/APRN license (or eligibility)
- BLS and ACLS required
- New grads welcome! Training and mentorship provided.
- Confident, safety-focused, and eager to learn office-based anesthesia.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
