Contract Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Telemetry Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Four shifts per schedule.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in a Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. The nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry monitoring.

• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in department initiatives and quality improvement processes.

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• IV Certification for LVNs preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
