Role
Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for a travel assignment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expert nursing care for NICU patients, integrate organizational values into job performance, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Key DutiesDeliver high-quality patient care during 12-hour night shifts, maintain documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
- At least 1 year of NICU specialization
- Current RN license in practice state (compact license accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, excellent communication, adaptability, and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
