- Active RN license (Texas or compact state)
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
- STABLE Program
- Must-Have
Skills:- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
- ACLS, BLS, NRPS
- Sterile Vaginal Exam (SVE) competency
- Circulating in C-Sections
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
- Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Advanced proficiency in fetal monitoring
- Experience in high-acuity L&D settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Referral bonus
