- Active Texas RN license (in good standing)
- 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience
- Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas
- Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days
- Strong clinical documentation skills & attention to detail
- Experience with Kinnser / Well Sky (preferred)
- Flexible scheduling – PRN
- Supportive, team-oriented culture
