Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds - 32
• Number of Staff 50
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift (1 charge, 6 nurses, 3 PCTS)
  • Night Shift - (1 charge, 5 nurses, 2 PCTS)
• Patient Ratios 1:5 or 1:6 days, 1:6 or 1:7 nights
• Type of equipment PCAs, on-Q pumps, Hoyer lift, traction, wound vacs
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Acute care experience, preferably med-surg
• Flexibility with schedule

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Meditech charting
• Nursing skill set NGT tubes, IV placement, foley management, etc.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Neurosurgeries (kyphoplasty, decompression, laminectomy), fracture repairs/IM nailing, general surgery
• Bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve), bladder sling, hysterectomy

Dress Code:
Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
